Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period to request a full refund. During this time, you’ll only have access to Module One. After 14 days, no refunds can be given.
Learners who complete this Access Course are eligible for an exclusive 50% discount on the HGA Behaviour Grooming Diploma.
No. This is a theory-only, self-study course without assessments or graduation status. You will receive a Certificate of Completion, but it does not make you an HGA Graduate or Member.
Yes. You’ll receive a Certificate of Completion (valid for 12 months) to recognise your learning. Please note this is not a graded qualification.
The course is delivered entirely online, through 13 self-study modules you can access anytime, anywhere.

Honestly, I didn't know another way of grooming existed other than the traditional way I was taught. I listened to a podcast by featuring Stephanie Zikmann and finally it made total sense to me. It validated my belief that muzzles, cones and more restraints only made a nervous dog more reactive. I graduated in 2021!

Makes you think outside the box!

Since doing your course, wow. The more I notice and the more I realise how stressful grooming is for the dogs. It's absolutely terrifying the stuff you teach isn't shown before a groomer starts grooming! It's crazy.
